We process and dispatch all orders from our warehouse in Karachi, Pakistan.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order is confirmed and payment is verified, please allow the following time for your order to arrive. All timelines are in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Within Karachi: 2 working days

    • Your order will typically be packed and shipped within 24 hours, with delivery on the next working day.

  • Across Pakistan (Other Cities): 4 to 5 working days

    • This includes major cities like Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Faisalabad, and all other areas within Pakistan.

  • International Orders: 10 to 15 working days

    • Delivery times for international shipments may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance processes, and local postal services.

Order Processing Time

Please note that the delivery times above begin after your order has been processed and shipped. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification, including a tracking number (if applicable), once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

  • For Karachi: E.g., Standard shipping is free on orders over Rs. 10000. Otherwise, a flat rate of Rs.150 applies.

  • For Pakistan (Other Cities): Flat rate of Rs. 250 applies and additional 100 per kg will be addon.

  • For International Orders: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your items.

Order Tracking

For most orders, you will receive a tracking number via email once your package is dispatched. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey directly on our website or the courier service's portal.

Important Notes

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Customs & Import Duties (International Orders): International customers are responsible for any customs, import duties, or taxes that may be applied by their country's government. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and are the recipient's responsibility.

  • Unforeseen Delays: While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service delays are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
